Goof seen in: Never Leave Me at 11.44
When Willow drags Andrew out of the butcher shop he drops his bag of blood on the floor. When she is pulls him out of the alley to go to Buffy’s house she pulls him in the direction away from the butchers but when they arrive at Buffy’s Andrew has his bag of blood in his arms. |

I think the reason why Andrew walks in with blood is because Spike needed to be fed. Willow volunteered to get blood in the first place so the blood is necessary in the story.

Isn’t he holding Willow’s bag? I’m not watching it but I thought he was holding Will’s bag or something.

Willow didn’t get served in the shop - she waslked in, Andrew saw her and ran out of the shop and Willow followed.
I am sure she never bought anything.

I expect they went back and picked it all up… after all Willow knew they needed blood for Spike and wouldn’t have wanted to go and buy more when Andrew had so conveniently already paid for some!
