The funniest line in the whole series may be when Anya sees Xander etc. come in while she is talking to this girl and says “Oh penis!”

I love that line too. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not an inmature little girl who giggles when she hears “naughty” words, But it’s just so rarely you hear a person say: Oh penis! as a swear word.
