Spike’s jealousy over his fellow vampire Angel is shown again in Intervention as he has asked Warren to programme the Buffybot to say, “Angel’s lame. His hair grows straight up and he’s bloody stupid.” This jealousy was first explored in season two when Angelus flirted with Spike’s girlfriend, Drusilla. |

BUFFY: Ooh, there could be some sort of oil involved.
Fine with me too. But it is cute, isn’t it? They fight over Dru in S2 and Buffy in Angel S5 (and there was all that “jealous vampire crap” in Chosen).

Right, and the comment from Spike “I also used my enhanced vampire eyeballs to watch you kissing him.” in Chosen just before the Buffy oil comment, very funny stuff!

Well, Angel and Spike to battle it out in an Angel episode in season 5. Even with oil, it still wouldn’t have been pretty….

I love the fight they had when Angel was the puppet in Smile Time (my husband bought me the Angel puppet from Ebay recently!) and Spike said “he’s a wee-little puppet man!” good, good stuff
