Cordelia references Patrick Swayze as well in the Angel Episode Rm w/a Vu (1.5) during her encounter with a poltergeist in her new apartment. Harmony also compares Spike to Patrick Swayze in Ghost in the Angel episode Just Rewards (5.2) when Spike reappears at Wolfram & Hart in ghost form following his death at the Hellmouth.
