The phrase “Here endeth the lesson” is used three times in the Buffyverse. The Master is the first to use it in season one in the episode Never Kill a Boy on the First Date, when he is chastising his minions about the importance of the prophecy and it’s fulfillment. The next time is by Spike in season five in the episode Fool For Love, when he is explaining to Buffy about how he killed two Slayers. The last is by Buffy in the season seven episode Showtime, when she slays a Turok-Han in front of the Potentials.

Didn’t Glory say that (or something along those lines) sometime in season 5? Possibly in Intervention when she’s telling her minions how you Spike can’t be the key, or brainsucked.

    2. TwoToGo-Grave says:

      Glory never this this line.

What horrible proofreading (I’m ashamed, sob, sob, sob). I meant Glory never said this line.
