In Nightmares we see that Xander has a fear of clowns (who doesn’t?!). This is probably based on Steven King’s 1986 book It. It was made into a movie in 1991 which featured Seth Green (Oz) who played the character of 12 year old Richie Tozier. Richie’s worst fear just happened to be… werewolves. |

The Killer Clown movie is from the Stephen King novel “IT” … had never thought about that before! The clown does look really similar though

Yeah, me niether. But there definitly is a resemblance. If you want to put it in the trivia, the book was published in 1986 and was made into a mini series/movie in 1991. (Also fun to add: Seth Green was the character of the 12 year old Richie Tozier in the movie. His worst fear was werewolves! Was this known before Joss made Oz a creature of the full moon…?

Wow, that bit about Seth Green is really funny =) Thanks too for the extra info on the Clown movie! Err… How does it work now, the trivia thing? Does Jess edit my post and places it in the right place? Or maybe do I do that myself? It’s the first time I add trivia =)
