It says in the summary for this episode that Buffy gets sick over the stress of Jenny’s death. Is that something we as the viewer are just supposed to assume or is it stated in the episode?

Joyce says something about Buffy being down after Jenny’s death - “Buffy’s been so down since it happened. I mean, she never gets sick.”
