Lorraine Ross became the manager of the Doublemeat Palace after Manny was killed, after working with the company for five years. She explained to Buffy (in complete confidence) that the Doublemeat meat was actually vegetables. Lorraine allowed Buffy to have her job back after the wig-lady debacle.
