In Reptile Boy, Tom says, “Anyway, the Hulk is gone, so you don’t have to dance with me.” This is a reference to Marvel Comics’ angry superhero the Incredible Hulk. |

Best hulk refferance ever was from an Angel episode. Lila Morgan: “Yeah yeah, hulk smash.”

I’ve forgotten the precise episode, but in reference to Spike going all Vinnie Jones as a result of hearing “Early One Morning” (which, may I say, is a perfectly reasonable reaction to such a ghastly tune), Andrew describes him as “Hulking Out”.

I love Andrew! He had the best lines and was so funny drinking his Capri Sun in season 7!

“Spike going all Vinnie Jones”
I don’t remember Spike grabbing anybody by the wrinklies. Now that you bring him up, Vinnie Jones does kinda have a lumpy face/head and would make a good vampire.
Andrew was great, I love the swimmer’s ear bit. And why would anybody want to kill somebody who studies Vulcans!

And his thing in Empty Places when he’s complaining to Giles about how Faith ate his Hot Pocket. Yeah, his swimmer’s ear thing. And in Conversations With Dead People he says “I have shin splints” when he falls and “I have an inner ear condition” when they climb down the latter in Showtime.
