Veruca was a confident singer with band Shy and student at UC Sunnydale. She flirted with Oz, making Willow jealous. Even the fact that her rival was named after a fungal foot infection didn’t help Willow’s cause. Oz discovered she too was a werewolf, though they felt differently about their condition - Veruca embraced it and he didn’t want to harm anyone. Oz locked the two in a cage before they turned one full moon, and Willow discovered them naked together the next morning. Veruca intended to hurt Willow but Oz ended up killing her when he was a werewolf.

I really hated this character! She was awful. Not just for being the one that came between Willow & Oz but I thought that Paige Moss was a terrible actress. She was really bad at miming to THC.
She is my 2nd most hated character after Forrest!

just watched this ep last night, and as much as verpooca makes me reach for the bucket, there is an undeniable chemistry between paige moss and seth green… perhaps this is why she was cast? especially given that the oz/ verpooca storyline was intended to go for longer, the casting process would have been definitely seeking that onscreen chemistry.

I had a friend who’s sister (the same one that was in rehab/mental clinic thing and met the girl who ate her mattress) who looks just like Paige Moss and I avoided her for a while. She has those eyes that just like stare at you without even realizing that she’s doing it. Huurmp.
I do not know what that was.

I despised Veruca with an undying passion! I remember when she first showed up in Living Conditions having seen season four I knew who she was, and I was screaming “NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!” at the TV. for ages. It was easy to get sucked in.

Veruca was evil but I found her quite attractive, even alluring. Not too sure why. Maybe it’s the same thing that so many girls see in bad boys.

Isn’t it kinda weird that there wasn’t a big deal about Oz having killed someone? I mean, she wanted to kill Willow so she deserves to die, but it would have been kinda hard explaining the dead body.
