I was re-watching season 4 and in the episode The Freshman when Willow & Buffy are in the graveyard at the start they are talking about going to college and Willow says that UC Sunnydale is “like 5 miles away”. In The Harsh Light of Day when Parker & Buffy meet in The Bronze, Parker asks to walk Buffy back to her dorm. Are they going to walk the 5 miles - quite a walk! - or was Willow exaggerating when she said that is was that far away. Also, if it is 5 miles from town, the gang seem to get into town etc rather frequently even though none of them drive. |

It’s possible The Bronze is closer to the campus. Maybe the Bronze is 2 or 3 miles from her dorm and is between the campus and her home.
