Willow’s lips - goof

Goof for season 4’s Who Are You seen at 38:09

Willow, Tara, Giles and Faith (Buffy) come out of a van. A police man tells them they are not allowed to be there. Willow says: “but we cant, we gotta, you you dont understand!” she is on the left of the screen. Watch her lips, they do not move. They voice must have been dubbed over after it was shot.

      OK, I swear I’m the only person who have seen this, it would be nice if someone said that they’d seen it as well. Then I can rest knowing I am not crazy.
