 Andy Umberger played the recurring role of Anya’s boss D’Hoffryn. Dr. Ronald Meltzer is such a creep that I’m sincerely sorry to learn that the actor who played him was also the one who played D’Hoffryn, whom I thoroughly liked. It’s almost enough to taint the latter. But not quite! As D’Hoffryn, he has such fine comedic timing.

out of all i prefered him as D’Hoffryn as i gues alot of people will agree, and for us to hate him as one character and love him as another shows how skilled he is at his job. also he is one of the 5 (i think) people who have apeared in all three Joss shows, which would furthe imply his great acting as joss wanted him in each of his prodjects.

just watched the first episode of the new series of deperate houswives and he played a police oficer on there too, if that is any help to anyone
