My mom got me the magazine with the footage from her wedding! I dont remember what mag. but i love it! and it was in the top 10 celebrity weddings of 2004. Number 6, i believe!

Yes I thought all the trivia was a waste of space and decided to include only those bits I thought very interesting including, erm, info on The Exorcist and something about Angel’s coat.

Jess, I took a look around and it seems some of the parts of the site are not opening, including “Suggest Some Trivia”, the home page, the stats page and the “latest” page.
It may be that folks are trying to enter through either the home page (which seems not to be opening) or the “Suggest Some Trivia” page, which also is not responding (I tried it from the internal link and from a bookmark on my browser, with no luck). I think one’s ability to get into the site may depends on which pages of the site people have bookmarked in their respective browsers.
I hope this was helpful, and good luck getting your baby back up on her feet. I will continue to check in and see how things are going.

It seems if you refresh a page it sometimes works, though not always.

Yes, navagation seems to be hit and miss for me. Most pages take several attempts and some just won’t open at all. I have no idea if it is, but it acts just like a bandwidth issue, like there are too many people attempting to enter the site or the provider’s server at once.

Yes I’m having exactly the same problems - I can’t seem to access a lot of the pages but most of the time I have to keep refreshing over & over. Plus, depending on how I get to the home page I am either reaching Jess’s message from 5th January saying technical difficulties, or am getting to the home page…… it’s very hit & miss :o( Jess I need my Buffy Trivia fix!!!!

Jess, I still can’t get in through the home page, your January 5th message is what I get from www.restlessbtvs.com, which is what I have bookmarked. I also have the Dead Things episode page bookmarked and this is the only way I can enter the site. Thought you should know and thank you for all of your hard work!

Jess…The problem seems to be that everyone has bookmarked certain pages to access the site, and some of those pages just aren’t responding.
I feel so bad for you because we all know how much time and effort you’ve put into the site. There is a core group of very loyal posters here, and the only reason I can see for their absence is that they have bookmarked pages that are not responding. If your server provider cannot “re-set” the original setting, perhaps your can find an address that you KNOW everyone can access, and send a mass mailing to your registered users with a link to get back in.
I’d hate to see all your hard work lost because of a technical glitch. (Of course, perhaps, between your new job and your impending nuptials, this might just be a blessing in disguise….)

That’s a good idea, slightlyem - maybe an email to everyone would help - what do you think, Jess? Because now I can’t access the site through the Dead Things bookmark (which was previously the only way I could get in) This morning I went in through www.restlessbtvs.com/trivia/

I’m still having some pretty spotty issues getting in. I’m mostly receiving the internet explorer message that the server is not available (for the site, not through my isp) so I’m not sure what the issue is…it’s so very sad and difficult!

I’m still having a few issues as well guys, but I think that’s when a page has been bookmarked. I’ll change the front page now (just http://www.restlessbtvs.com) and that page should be ok….

I had lost my password and had tried several times to have it send to me. I was lucky enough to locate it. I never did receive the password through an Email.
