I just finished re-watching the prom. Boy am i glad they couldn’t get the kid who played tucker to come back for season six. Andrew was a much better charachter than tucker

Oh my God! My friend Kelsey and I (we have the same name … that’s exciting!) just got back from seeing Date Movie, the date movie spoof starring Aly Hannigan and about halfway through, there’s a scene where Aly and this guy are in the jewelry store, a la Sweet Alabama, and Frodo, Sam and Gandalf from LOTC come in with the ring. Frodo tried to sell ther ring to one of the clerks and I freaked out. IT WAS TOM!!!!!!! I thought it was and gave my friend an impromptu history ‘o’ Andrew. We waited til the end fo the credits and sure enough … it made my whole year! Yay Tom!
February 19th, 2006 at 9:10 am
Yeah. There’s like a reference to every movie ever. And Michael Jackson. I thought it was funny.
And Tom was there, big yay. Plus Aly looked really pretty and she was funny. I found these great pictures on MSN of the premiere and her and Alexis were there and they were so cute. It is possible I put a link for the picture up here somewhere. Not sure if it worked.

Man, I am so jealous, I was supposed to go see Date Movie today but my plans feel through…luckily there is always tomorrow! And Monday us Americans don’t have school, life is good.
February 19th, 2006 at 9:38 am
Yay no school for us Americans! Har har … Yay for dead presidents!
February 19th, 2006 at 9:45 am
It’s like you have my thoughts!
February 20th, 2006 at 12:04 am
Really? Your in Chicago and it is a national holiday. Oh well, us kids get to sit at home surfing the Buffy Trivia Guide while the adults go to school.
MagicBone, if you will please assist me a celebratory jig.
February 20th, 2006 at 2:20 am
I would be honored. Let’s get jiggy with it. Ha haha.
February 20th, 2006 at 3:11 am
Ahh, us crazy Christians…
But of course, you too may get jiggy with our bad selves b’please!
February 20th, 2006 at 3:14 am
Hey, guess what I just realized? Tomorrow is Anthony Stewart Head’s birthday! Magicbone, Lets ’skip school’ to celebrate!
February 20th, 2006 at 3:47 am
You could make a shirt with his face on it. And not touch stuff like he had to do in season 7. In class, that would be funny … like the day we decided not to use out thumbs, I almost forgot about that … hahaha.
Oh yeah Abby! Of course we should skip school. Maybe we shoud celebrate the rest of the week too …. hmm. And it’ll definately be British accents a gogo! Possibly all week.
February 20th, 2006 at 4:07 am
Hmm…not touching things. It should make tomorrow’s drumline rehersal quite interesting!
Oh yeah, I think, “I was not in school all week due to ASH’s birthday on Monday” is a sufficient excuse for school ditching! :)
I got it! I’m gonna to wear tweed, go to the library and act like I work there! Maybe I’ll even tell some random teenage girl that she is the chosen one…
February 20th, 2006 at 4:23 am
Or you could touch stuff at drumline rehearsal, but not use yout thumbs. My friends and I did that a month or so back. It was No Thumbs Day at WJHS! Yay! The teachers were pissed though.
You could blame the ditching on the time difference. You didn’t know what time it was in the UK and when his birthday was so you couldn’t go just in case.
Oh yeah. Tweed: check. Library: check, but don’t forget to bring your own supply of occult books. Chosen ones: check. There could be some attacks and maybe a swordfight. Then we can open up the floor and have big worm things come out and then kill them. Sounds better than going to class. Screw class, I’ll just be in library all day. But don’t forget to bring a pass so you are allowed to be there.
February 20th, 2006 at 6:34 am
Oh yeah, I got this covered! I’m in with my english teacher (in fact my female english teacher and male music teacher are really good, best friends and I have a personal relationship with both of them, so I call them my own personal “Giles and Jenny”) so I could get her to give me a pass! :)
Hmmm…no thumbs day. I’m going to have to try that. I’ll my friends in on it too! Sticking to the man!
February 20th, 2006 at 9:27 am
I wish I had tweed pants. Oh, oh, I’m going to this awesome vintagey costumey store with my sister tomorrow (she needs a costume for this play she’s in) and maybe they’ll have some cool tweed, Watcher type clothes. Oh yeah.
I have study hall on Tuesday (I guess I’ll go to school) so I will just be in the library for an hour. Then I can be Gilesy and escape my study hall teacher.
Oh, funny anecdote. I was in debate on Friday (unfortunately) and the bell rang and we were all sitting there, in the sense that people were throwing things and pushing other people out of their chairs and then hitting them with said chairs (that did actually happen) and I told the girl next to that if the teacher is ten minutes late, we can all leave and the whole row goes “REALLY?” It was very cool. No one got it though.
February 20th, 2006 at 9:48 am
Ahh … so your birthday’s are only like 2 days apart (if my calculations are correct).
So, you’re gonna be wearing tweed and a pink sweater with fake vampire fangs. Very cool.
So, you really got to leave if the teacher was 10 minutes late? That is so awesome. Talk about things to suggest to the student council.
February 20th, 2006 at 10:17 am
Oh, yeah, my calculations suck. Hee hee.
February 20th, 2006 at 6:57 pm
It’s from all those days of skipping math class for Buffy-related holidays!
Check this out: Joss once stated that since Buffy’s birthday episode always airs right after midseason, her birthday was January 19. Mine is January 22! I feel so cool!
My friend Jimmy owns a three piece tweed suit that he wore last Friday for our jazz festival, I may have to have him bring it by today…
February 21st, 2006 at 1:10 am
I am in awe b’please. I almost wish I had school today so that I could have worn the tweed suit to school. I have decided to wear at least the pants to drumline tonight even though I’ll be in trouble for not wearing shorts. Oh well, it is for an awesome cause!
I need to brush up on my english accent…in the words of Spike, “Sodding, blimey, shagging, knickers, bollocks…oh God I’m english!”
February 22nd, 2006 at 7:12 am
Ahahaa.
I wish I was English. Everything seems like it would be more urgent or exciting or something in Britain. Or at least not here.

There should be British Librarian Appreciation Week. That would be so fun! I always do that for my birthday. Only not British librarians, then it’s Kelsey Appreciation Week. My friends don’t think it’s as fun as do. I think everyone should have their own appreciation week.
Spike so has the best lines. Even if he had no lines, he would still be the best though.
April 24th, 2006 at 4:15 pm
Just so you know, Giles has a much more exciting life in the US than any of us have in Britain… Besides, all the English kids want to go to the States because they think it’s way more fun.
I had to go through all of that to correct my grammar and spelling lol, how pedantic are you people?
Loving the site by the way, full of useful facts I can pass on :D
Oh and some of the British accents on Buffy are terrible, as is Angel’s Irish one… cringe-worthy.
